With a background in hospitality, luxury home care, and high-end property management, Brandi founded Nines Property Watch & Concierge to offer homeowners peace of mind through high standard property watch services that are built on trust, experience, and genuine care.
I began my career managing luxury homes in Whitefish, Montana, where I earned my Montana Property Management License and spent years overseeing operations, coordinating trusted vendors, and preparing homes for arrival.
Now based in the Coachella Valley, I bring that same dedication and attention to detail to every property we care for—treating each one as if it were my own.
